No more navigating websites or holding the line for the call centre to find a seat on Dana Air. Amadeus connected travel agencies will now have access to the same terms and conditions on the Global Distribution System (GDS) as on the airline’s website, call centre and ticket office!
To make travel agents’ lives even easier, Dana Air has now also become a participant in IATA’s Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP). So, no more worries for IATA accredited travel agents in Nigeria when processing Dana Air bookings: selling, reporting and remittance procedures have now become a lot more straightforward.
“The travel agency channel is a critical component to support our distribution strategy,” explains Obi Mbanuzuo, Chief Operating Officer Dana Air, adding that the airline seeks to attract leisure and business travellers from within and outside Nigeria with affordable regional air transport services, focussed on innovation, quality and service excellence. He says: “We are pleased to partner with Amadeus and to give Nigeria’s largest network of travel agencies access to our full range of schedules and fares.”
